a guy i work with said he wanted to meet up with me today as were both on a day off he said he wud text me but he hasnt shud i just leave it be now?

Let him take the lead, if he doesn't then you know that he isn't the one. If he says he will do something, and then not follow through, then he probably won't follow through with anything else. Not the kind of guy to have. They might be nice to talk to, nice to look at, but if they don't have substance than not the right guy.

It depends on how long you've been waiting. Just do your own thing and if he texts you, then meet up with him. Don't let him change your schedule by putting you in a position where you have to wait on him. A text is the easiest way to contact a person, if he can't even do that much he's no good, or at least find out why.

YES! Leave it be... You don't want him to think that you are just waiting around for him... Make it seem like you have better things to do anyways.. If he really wants to hang out with you, he will call! Don't ever leave plans to just one person, always have a back up... If you go out and do something else and he calls you later, He's going to feel like an asshole for not calling sooner and then I guarantee it'll be the last time he makes that mistake!

I would hun, wait & see, he may still text you. You no men & the whole 'cant look too keen' thing. I'd leave it a few more days & if he still hasnt, you could mention it to him if you wanted but personally I'd forget bout him. You want someone who's not going to mess you around like that x

Just make your own plans. If he calls later, just say that you thought that since he hadn't gotten ahold of you that you guessed he made other plans.
