ive noticed that the vision in my left eye was not perfect,so i tried a few exercises for it,for the last few days ive covered my right eye for about a half an hour, and now after today my right eye that was perfect 20/20 vision seems to have gone bad, this is kind of scary.ive only just finished doing the exercise on my left eye
so should i give it a few hours for my right eye to adjust after it has been closed for half an hour

I wear glasses because I'm near-sighted & notice sometimes my eyes need time to adjust if I've been doing lots of close work.

So - it's possible your right eye just needs time to readjust after being covered w/ a patch.

If you haven't already - consult an optometrist who specializes in eye therapy.

This is the best book I've found for eye exercises:

The Program for Better Vision: How to See Better in Minutes a Day Without Glasses or Contacts! (Paperback) by Martin Sussman

DUDE GO TO THE EYE DOCTOR. don't try to fix it your self. If you needed a tooth pulled would you do it your self?
