You're main source of growth would be from your parents. It's all in your genes, and there's really not much you can do.
Basketball has a minor effect on growth. All the jumping and strechting can elongate your muscles to give you a long, lean body. Same with sports like volleyball.
I suggest drinking milk. You need Vitamin D and Calcium to strengthen bone and help it develop. Stretch alot if you have time. And play basketball. It's fun, enjoy yourself.
Just remember though, the main factor of how tall you'll be resides in the genes from your parents, so if they're tall, then most likely you'll be tall. Good luck.

definetly not true, being physically active is nothing but beneficial for the short and long term health. there are no special diets or exercises that can cause the human skeletal system to grow beyond the natural genetic potential.
