That depends on how you cook it, if you leave the skin on and eat that too. But you could grill it, or cook it without any skin in a plain sauce and no it wouldn't be fattening.. However if you fry it then it would be fattening. Best of luck.

It depends on how you cook it and what you season it with. For one, I can tell you fried chicken is one of the most fattening (and my favorite lol). Bar-b-q chicken is less in fat because when you cook it, the fat drips off of it. You can try to do a websearch on it though to double check.

No it's not,it's the chicken skin that is fattening,or the sauces that you cook it in,but plain roast chicken is a low fat meat.

I dont think chicken is fattening at all. I think it depends on how you cook it and how well you clean it.

No chicken meat is very lean. The fat is found in the skin so don't eat that if you want to save calories. Chicken breast is probably the leanest but I think it can sometimes be a bit dry.

No, but it depends on how you cook it. Broiled, baked or grilled it is healthy. If you fry it, you can start counting the fat and calories. Also removing the skin is beneifical as much fat is under it. Chicken is a good meat if prepared properly for good health.

Depends on how it is cooked. Grilling, baking or poaching are best. Though fanatics say you should only buy the skinless varieties I put seasoning under the skin to flavour the meat, cook it and then remove the skin - and eat it! I cannot resist, but then I do need to put weight on!

It can be, depending on which way it's cooked, if you put a sauce on it and how much do you eat.

Nothing is fattening if eaten in moderation.

It depends on whether you fry it or not, and whether you eat the skin or not... also, the types of oils and dressings you use can alter the calories and fat.

And don't forget that free-roaming, psychologically healthy and liberated chickens are healthier for you than imprisoned, sick, genetically modified ones.
