If you need to ask, then you won't find it. They usually come in your mail as an offer. Sometimes you get one from your own credit card company.
It appears that these no transfer balance fees have gone the way of the buggy whip.
With the exception of Discover.

If you're credit is somewhere at least in the mid-600's you should be able to get a Discover card. Discover and American Express are the two most common 0% balance transfer cards. Just beware though that the 0% is for only a short period of time and then the rate jumps back up. My Discover went from 0% to 19% on balance transfers after the startup period.
Good luck to you!

that's certainly available, in spite of the shown fact that the banks does not grant it in the event that they did no longer make out ninety% of the time. you may want first of all a nil stability and you are able to not can charge something greater on the cardboard, the way money are utilized is often to the backside interest stability first (the 0 p.c.) mutually as you will pay 18%, or greater each month on purchases. in case you circulate and don't use the cardboard, confident it is going to paintings...It takes severe self-discipline. I have been given an grant for 2.ninety 9% till the soundness is paid off...I transfered $20K into my mark downs account ( I earn 5.05% APR). i individually earn 2.06% in this transaction. in case you examine the fantastic print you will discover that one previous due value, or possibly a prior due value that they p.c.. up off your credit record ( which they pull generally) will result interior the interest leaping to the max.( around 26%). i'm consistently waiting to repay my stability next month if necessary. i'm very disciplined and watch my finished indebtedness circulate down and my mark downs circulate up each month. maximum human beings do no longer try this and in basic terms get greater effective in debt.
