can't pay you off ur entilted to paid leave can't fire you for being pregnant, even if all four of you were due in feb! just when you do get pregnant inform them about dates etc so you get right dates and right amout of leave...

i worked in a small pub and 2 of us are on maternity leave. the law is on your side as long as you are straight with your boss and do things by the book ie- notice of maternity leave. if you have worked there over a year you are entitled to 9 months maternity leave paid and upto one year off but you won't get paid for the last 3 months unless it is company policy. for the first 6 weeks of maternity pay you will get 90% of your average pay then £113 a week from the government. the government will subsidise your place of work so don't worry about that. if you want a baby get on with it, i am sure the other girls you work with didn't give you a second thought when they were planning their familoes!

Your style of communication sucks. Try standard english. Wouldn't you want your baby to express themselves better than you did here?

He has to be very careful....He can't get rid of you as this would be constructive dismissal. So I would say no he can't pay you off.
