Making a little care package for a small child, on the catholic faith, useful items to place inside that hold meaning. Should be awesome, any suggestions would be great. THANKS.

No this is serious. My boyfriend and I have been asked to be God parents. It is so special to us. But we wanted to compose a beautiful care package for our new God son, with all the necessities. Thanks

Like a rosary, maybe his first cross to hang on his wall, or maybe a prayer book. A list of the saints.. then simple things like a video on Christs miracles by veggie tales. That sort of idea.

Well, I think a Bible would be a good thing. Along with a list of dozens of awkward questions about why Catholic teachings don't conform to either Christ's teachings or Paul's writings.

Just a thought.

Like toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, soap and washcloth?

Or is this just a "joke" that in poor taste?

If it's the first one, it's a GREAT idea! Some people don't have necessities and it awesome you're helping out your fellow man....if it's the second one, not funny.
