The condition I suffer from is Hashitmoto's and right now I'm having to lower my medication as it is too high. However, I'm still not losing weight nor do I have any more energy.

Think about switching to Armour thyroid. Many times people do not convert enough T4 into T3 and that's why there are lingering symptoms. The T3 in Armour helps with symptoms such as fatigue, depression, brain fog, hairloss, and muscle and joint aches. I will put related links below.

Far too many doctors will treat every symptom of hypothyroidism with a different medication, when just switching the patient's med to a T4/T3 med would have worked.

You will have more energy with Armour and perhaps will be able to do more resulting in weight loss

Thyroid disease is one of the most common health problems we face today. From a practical standpoint, there are many ways to approach this issue. Learn here https://tr.im/2LgCq

Hypothyroidism, or underactive thyroid, is a very common problem, and there are many reasons for this, including drinking chlorinated and fluoridated water, and eating brominated flour.

Chlorine, fluoride, and bromine are all in the same family as iodine, and can displace iodine in your thyroid gland.

Secondly, many people simply aren't getting enough iodine in their diet to begin with. The amount you get from iodized salt is just barely enough to prevent you from getting a goiter.

Hashimoto's often causes depression - which makes people feel like they have no energy. Antidepressants such as Wellbutrin are sometimes very effective in increasing energy.
