sounds like poor circulation which usually gets worse if weather gets cold. You do need to see doctor as it may be a symptom of other illnesses such as diabetes which may require treatment. Good Luck

My husband was recently bit by a brown recluse and had a bad reaction, although he had no necrosis. Now, several weeks later, the pain 'travels', as you describe, from one area to another - shoulder, hip, knee, mid-back, jaw, throat, neck. And his joints crackle. We live in an area with many spiders, deer ticks, and rampant Lyme disease. It's been said that the mosquitos have picked up the Lyme from the deer/humans and are spreading it, along with the constellation of Lyme's companion bacteria/viruses. So why wouldn't the spiders also have bacterial or viral things they are passing on, possibly Lyme or its related bacteria/viruses, as they eat tiny insects like tics. As soon as he returns from his current travels, we are going to seek a course of antibiotics for this reason, and do a nutritional cleanse as well. If we discover any highly effective measures, we'll let you know!

As this is in the ends of the fingers and toes and you have not indicated but it sounds like both sides, it is more likely neuropathic (nerve related) than circulatory. Either way it should be evaluated as the earlier evaluation and treatment is started, the better the outcome.

Why would you wait until it gets worse? You need to see your doctor now. I'm sure he/she would be able to give you a better answer than you would find on the Internet, and would also send you for any tests you might need. You shouldn't wait until you get too sick to be helped. Go see your GP.

Ask your doctor about an exercise routine. Regular exercise, such as walking three times a week, may reduce neuropathy pain, improve your muscle strength and help control blood sugar levels. Gentle routines such as yoga and tai chi might also help.

This can be the result of several conditions but would suggest you start by searching on diabetes.. Have seen these symptoms for other conditions also but, need to start somewhere.

You know what to do. It could be so many things....Raynauld's disease, bleeding diathesis, Gout, neurosis, syphilis, etc, etc. The quicker you see a doctor, the better.
