An altenative quick method is to disquise them with camoflage make up. By a thick foundation like Max Factor Panstick and smooth oveer affected area.

Use a very thin panty hose. You can talk to your doctor and maybe he can prescribe something to get rid of them.

You can use bio-oil that is sold at most health stores (boots, savers etc) I dunno if it works, but its best to give it a try!!! xx
