The AA !!! Also, talk with a good Minister & also your Loved Ones about it; it's only a shame when one doesn't do anything, & the Alcohol ruins their life, as well as others. Then do some volunteer work to where your life can have some meaning, & don't hang out with others who drinks a lot.

Look in the phone directory or search for the location closest to your area for "Alcoholics Anonymous" (AA).
It's a good group and as their name says they will keep your identity anonymous outside the group. It's a support group. I personally know 2 successful cases!

AA meatings help some people but most of the time they meet up after meetings and go drink....pointless isnt it. Family and friends always help fight addiction because they care enough to help you quit.

Start with Alcoholics Annonomous. They can refer you to local treatment centers. Good for you for admitting you have a problem.
