none now that i am in recovery it used to 6-7 days and up to 20 shots and 6 beers each day

Hmm. I'd never thought of it that way. If I'm sitting down to dinner and feel like a beer, and there's one in the fridge, I'll grab it. If I'm watching a game and feel like a drink, I'll grab one.
I never drink for the mind-alteration.
On average--one drink a day, four days a week?

I usually drink 2 days a week, but i drink beetween 30 and 36 beers in that two days. Dont you drink that much though, it cant be good for you!

Typically I drink maybe 1-2 days a week - and that is typically wine with or just after dinner.
