Yes.

Taking away free will is the Christian thing to do. After all, God only gave us free will so that other people could take it away from us.

No.

Voting for laws to prohibit sins like murder, drug dealing, kidnapping, terrorism is one small way to speak out against sin.

But we cannot create laws to prohibit sins like lust, gluttony, greed, sloth, wrath, envy, and pride.

We must win each person one by one over to morality and virtue by speaking for the love of God and against sin.
