ZIPLOCK freezer bags!

Whenever I make meatballs or meatloaf I always have sooo much leftover (only 2 of us) I always freeze them...I just make sure I have soups to make the sauce when I reheat them in a pan for the gravy part.

Solo has a great plate with a lid. It is almost like a bowl, deep sided.

If can I wrap it in plastic wrap to get the air out and then wrap in foil and label them so I know what's in there.

Pick up a set of Gladware plastic containers at the grocery store. They're much cheaper than Tupperware. My freezer is stacked with Gladware containers.
