I ride to work on my mountain bike and every so often i see a blonde lady that i find very attractive. I am abit of a shy person and i think she caught me having a sneaky look on monday.. :-) How am i going to say hello and not sound or look like a wierdo?

Nothing works on everyone. You will just have to accept that.
What is she doing when you see her? If she is working in her yard, you could stop and complement her on her garden and ask for advice on where she gets her flowers.
If she is just waiting for the bus, then stop and say, "Hi. I see you almost every day, and I just thought that I would stop and introduce myself to such an attractive lady." Honesty works best, as long as you are not too excited, not just gushing all over her like a teenager who never saw a girl before, and not too nervous. If she doesn't seem to be too eager to talk to you, then just say that it was nice to meet her, and that maybe you will see her again soon, and then leave.
Whatever you do, don't talk to her as if she was a goddess -- you will only psych yourself out, and nervous guys sound creepy. Treat her as just another human being that you wanted to say "hi" to; she is no different than the clerk at the gas station or the supermarket that you speak to everyday. Treat her just as an ordinary person (who just happens to be attractive by an accident of fate).

I almost forgot, make sure that you maintain good eye contact when you talk so she knows that you are paying attention to her, and she doesn’t assume that you are looking at her boobs (shy guys tend to look DOWN at the ground when talking – this is a big turn off for women because she thinks you are looking down her shirt). And be sure to tell her your name.

Its socially acceptable to say hi to people, even strangers, as you pass by them. The fact you see her everyday and she probably knows this makes it even more acceptable to say hi. So start out with a hi everyday and a smile. See how she responds. If the response is cold or indifferent than dont bother going any further. If she seems friendly then after a couple of weeks if hi's say something like trivial like about the weather. See if she responds to that. If its favorable then the next day say..we have to stop meeting like this, then laugh so she knows youre joking. See how she responds. Just keep going like that until you feel it is ok to slowly get a little more personal like asking for her number.

Fancy a ride?!!! he he - sorry sorry - eh I would just start by trying to gain eye contact and literally saying 'morning' as you pass her or 'alright', just getting some rapport going - maybe then, 'nice weather' etc....and see how it goes, smiling goes a long way too!

Be polite & use your manners, start by saying Good morning or good afternoon depends on what time of the day it is & slowly add a bit more each time you see her, like lovely day/bad day isnt it etc, politeness goes a long way so good luck

and then get an angle as to how she can help you or summit

Ring your bell, and say to her "Hey babe, you really ring my bell!" That would be a good ice-breaker. Then when you get talking, suggest you could get a tandem and you can ride together.

pretend you recognize her and say excuse me ive seen you before blah blah blah start a conversation ive spotted you a few time and i thought ive seen that face before the rest is up to you. try it it works
