It's pure fun and entertainment, but also very frustrating. It's like a college professor discussing calculus with a three year old.

The old adage is correct, you can never talk religion and politics with anybody. Those are 2 subjects that no 2 people will ever agree fully on. When the subject is brought up, people always argue, because they feel that they are the only ones that are right.

I enjoy watching atheists bend over backwards to explain that a Universe that is "old" has no "cause."

Somehow, the Universe just "is," and we're supposed to accept that as an answer.

We know it had a beginning (the big bang left the Background Microwave Radiation) and we know it will have an end (either through heat-death or big crunch), but the fact of it's existence is just to be accepted as an "unsolvable mystery."

Hmmm....ancient, just is, unsolvable mystery....remind you of anyone?

It's not fun at all. All possibility and potential goes away when the universe is looked at from a theistic perspective.

It USED to be mildly amusing...then I realized these people actually believe this stuff, and have NO idea what the age of the Universe really means, or anything to do with any science behind the facts. Now it's more a duty, to help people understand things.

This is the easiest for me to argue from a Christian perspective. I have yet to hear a solid argument from atheists in this field.
