Ok, i like this girl that i work with (shes actually now my manager). well i want her to come to the movies with me on thursday but i dont know what to say to here. Should i tell here that im going to the movies on thursday, and ask her if she wants to come? or should i ask her if she wants to go get dinner and see a movie with me on thursday?

Ok, well ive worked there for a year now, and ive liked her since i started there. She just recently became a manager. And i know that your not suposed to date co-workers, but we work at burger king, and if we did start dating on the regular i wouldnt have a problem finding a new job, or at least transfering to the burger king down the road, because i may become a manager soon as well.

Ask what she is doing Thursday and if she says she doesn't have plans ask her if she wants to catch a movie and maybe some dinner?

I think that depends on how much you like her. If you really want to show that you're interested, invite her to dinner. If you just want to give a little hint, invite her to the movie. Also, if she's not completely into you, dinner may scare her. A movie on the other hand, may seem more social and friendly than romantic and intimate. If you think that she may like you, I would go with the dinner. Otherwise, stick with the movie and see where that takes you. Hope I helped.

I like the first answer. Let her know that you are going out and would she like to join you. Nothing wrong iwth that. Start out slow at first because she may have some issues she going through or dealing with. Get to know her and then see whats up. But be friends first. Remember as long as you have this job she's your manager. Definitely dont want to mess that up.

It's very tricky trying to date someone you work with. Especially your boss. Pursue it as a friendship first. Ask her if she'd like to get dinner or go to a movie sometime. Try to gauge if she likes you more than a friend before making any sudden moves.

It's not recomended to date co-workers, espically if it's your manager. Other people who work w/ you may feel that you are trying to suck up, or she may be giving you special treatment.
Sorry, but doesn't seem to be a good idea.

Neither.. don't date people you work with... and especially your boss..
It causes hard feeling from other employees.
And when you break up or have a fight (and you will..)
You still have to go to work..and be around that person...
