Jealousy = Envy. Which is a deadly sin. Sooo I'd say you're pretty much screwed. Ha!

...

Since you are posting this in religion & spirituality, I'm going to suggest that you pray about. It works for some people.

You just need to learn to be happy with what you have. You're you and that is never going to change. You have to make your own way. Wishing you were someone else or wishing you had what they have or wishing that the boy asked you out instead of her... it'll get you nowhere.

There's always room for Jeloes!

As far as jealousy, acknowledge your feelings and just move on. Time heals.

I assume you mean Jealous.

Jealousy is caused by wanting what others have and/or being afraid to lose what you already have.

Try being happy about the things you have. Also, if you have a "prized possession" that you fear to lose, give it away. No, really. That will help teach you to avoid attachment and jealousy.

Try being puddings.

;-)

I will assume you mean Jealous.

You need to provide much more detail, because some jealousy comes from reasonable skepticism, and some jealousy is simply being paranoid. Differentiating between the two is based on experience, but you can learn from others.

So give some more details, and I'll check back

Do you mean jealous?

If so...

You basically just have to have the mind set that you WONT be jealous towards someone or something.

You can over-come it, but it can take effort on your part.

Saying things to yourself, in your mind - NOT out loud - like...

Example:
Friend gets something you want...
Your thinking:
Ohhhh THAT is cool! I want that! She is so lucky!! She always gets everything!!
STOP YOURSELF!
Say: It don't matter! be happy for HER/HIM for getting something they LOVE!! Be happy for THEM. And maybe, some day, you will get the same thing :)

Good luck to ya!
