You'll need the winamp player, install the proper plugins, then go to some place like wavestreaming.com and they let you broadcast your music via Internet... its actually pretty cool. You can share ( have different DJ's ). It board casts your mp3's.
People can listen to you via RealPlayer, Windows media, winamp.. etc..

You can do this from your own computer actually, but it does skip and slow down because of bandwidth issues. so if you plan on having a big audience, its good to get some hosting give you the bandwidth you need.

You go to the winamp forums and get help there. they have good support.

One place to build a custom radio station is Yahoo Music (http://music.yahoo.com ) It's a web-based listening service. You don't "need" anything except a plugin or two to listen to it, and you can customize exactly what music you hear. You already have a login with them, too - your login here on Y!Answers would be the same as on the other site.

type this on search engine. radio.blog. i think i have tried it before and they heve me to install this software for free and they have the manual too.
i dont know if it still exist but you may give it a try..
