there is no such thing as a bad Muslim, atheist, Hindu, Buddhist, Catholic, etc.
you see, if they were to be a bad person that did bad things and called themselves any of those things, then they would in fact NOT be a "true" Muslim, atheist, Hindu, Buddhist, Catholic, etc.

i hope this helps you to understand other religions better!

But it's OK, because if you're a Christian you can murder and rape and pillage and burn and all you have to do is ask Jesus into your life and you're healed! You don't have to take any responsibility whatsoever...

It sickens me actually, what some "true" Christians believe.

I hope people are open minded enough about other religions not to think people are bad because they don't follow your chosen religion with out you saying that.

It really depends on what you mean by "bad".

For me, I believe the Bible talks about breaking the 10 Commandments.

For instance, have you ever told a lie? Have you ever taken anything that wasn't rightfully yours to take? Have you ever looked at another person with sexual desire? Have you ever been so angry at another person that you had ill will towards them, maybe even anger?

If you had to say yes to these, then that makes you a lying, thieving, adulterous murderer.

In addition to that, if you have ever lied or taken anything, I would then have to ask if you like it when others lie or steal from you?

If you say no to this, then that adds hypocracy to the list, because you have a double-standard, doing to others what you don't want others to do to you.

Now you are a lying, thieving, adulterous, murderous hypocrite.

Please don't misunderstand me on this. I'm not pinpointing YOU, in particular, because the Bible says that ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

There is no one exempt from jealousy, greed, lust, anger, hate, et cetera.

So, with this Biblical definition of "evil", please explain how a lying, thieving, adulterous, murderous hypocrite is anything BUT evil.

Jesus offers us a pardon for our sins. He doesn't condone it, but He's willing to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. The Bible says that even though Jesus had never known sin, yet He actually became sin for us, so that we could be transformed and made righteous for God. That is to say, He traded places with us.

God demonstrated His love towards us, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and gave Himself for us as a ransom, the righteous for the unrighteous.

Jesus doesn't just declare that we are no longer evil. He works on our hearts and changes us from the inside out, so that we are NOT evil any more, because we put our trust in Jesus, that He actually took our sinfulness to the cross when He died ("I am crucified with Christ, never-the-less I live, yet not I, but Christ lives in me. And the life I now live in this fleshly body, I live by faith in the Son of God who died for me and rose again.")

So, "There is NONE good, no not one. All we like sheep have gone astray, we have each turned to his own way." but "God has laid on Him the iniquity of us all."

I hope this helps you to understand what Christians mean a little better.

Just to finalize, there is NONE who does good, NONE who seeks after God. ALL are guilty. Those who turn to Jesus and ask His forgiveness and repents of his self-centered selfish lifestyle, will receive forgiveness and cleansing. Jesus said "Whoever believes that God sent His Son into the world shall not be condemned. Whoever does NOT believe that God sent His Son into the world has already been condemned anyway" why? because "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." and "the wages of sin is death."

Got it yet?

The same can be said for Christians, too.

If they think that there are "bad" (insert religion here), they have absolutely no understanding of what any religion is all about.
