How To Blanch Almonds:
Difficulty: Easy
Time Required: 5 minutes
Here's How:
Place almonds in a bowl.
Pour boiling water to barely cover almonds.
Let the almonds sit for 1 minute and no longer.
Drain, rinse under cold water, and drain again.
Pat dry and slip the skins off.
Tips:
Don't let almonds sit in hot water too long or they will lose their crispness.

you may make blanched almond by bringing a pot of water to a boil, and immersing the almonds in the boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain the almonds in a colander, let them cool. Use clean fingers to peel them; now that they have been blanched, the skins will peel off easily.

You can blanch them just like a pepper, bake or boil to remove the skin. But be careful, you take away the good enzymes when you do this. Almonds are healthier with the skins on.
