I am just starting out as an architect and was wondering if it would be possible to donate one of my plans to Habitat for Humanity to help my resume look better?

Contact operation Noah in New Orleans. They have a website and they are still there building homes, they could give you some info, you could also donate some drawings for churches, mine just got some donated. You could contact the southern batist convention. Our Church was remodeling and building on an architect came and gave some suggestions. His advice was greatly appreciated and used by the way.

ok first i would send inquries to all the shows on cable. the design shows are great. when you see a house you also see what you want the inside to look like. start with HGTV, DIY, and places like that they all have websites.
Personally i have a beef with HFH, they make the houses but then charge the family 70 to 80 thousand dollars to live there after there sweat equaity. they don't tell that to the public, they don't tell the public the monthly payments are about a thousand dollars a month. No i would never help them. Thats just me.
