Every liquid can be drunk too much, even water. Marathoners had died by drinking too much water after, during and before racing. Everything depending on how much, can be turned into poison. I had drank 3 cups of green tea a day and my body after some weeks, told me it was too much for me. There was a reaction as a bitter taste in my mouth. If you're trying to burst your health by drinking green tea, I think 2 cups a day is a good number, 200ml each. And don't forget, it must be without sugar, or all the benefits of the green tea wouldn't balance the negative efects of the sugar on your body and health. Remember everything in life depends on the right balance.
Good luck.

Yes. That is a LITTLE bit to much green tea. Maybe your should stick with 3-4 cups a day, MAYBE EVEN LESS. My Mom drinks about 5 cups of coffe a day and that isnt good. Maybe your going a little to much overboard. I know! I used to drink Iced Tea about 6 times a day but now im at 3 cups a day! I know how you feel! :)

Green tea is excellent for the heart and stopping fatal heart attacks. They recommend at least 5 cups a day.

Green teas can be quite high in caffine. So you may actually get addicted to it, if you drink WAY too much. Depending on how well you brew it, you may be getting close to consuming too much caffine.

Tea (Camellia sinensis) in general (black, green, Darjeeling, etc,) contains caffeine, nearly as much as coffee. That may affect your nervous system. But the effect may differ from person to person. If you don't feel affected, go on.
