Don't answer stop boasting because im not.

Im fed up of being called anerexic and a walking skeletion.

What ever i eat i just dont gain weight!

Any suggestions? :(

Aww. Don't gain weight kuz you are tired of folks teasing you, if you dont gain weight at all then it'll be hard for you to start now. Try changing the clothes you wear, wear something that is going to make you look a little more solid or bigger, but still maintains your personal sexy perference.

Have you checked your BMI?
Make sure that you are in the healthy range.
If you are then do not stress gaining weight.
You may just have a naturally thin frame and no matter what you do will not put on weight. Look at the bodies of the females in your family. Are they naturally very skinny? Just might be how you're meant to be.
Another reason may be your age. If you are a young teen give it time because your body is changing. I used to be extremly boney and trust me...I no longer am!

If you have suddenly lost a lot of weight or have other symptoms like a lack of menstruation, feeling tired, hair falling out, dull skin or poor health I would suggest speaking to your doctor just to make sure.

Also, if you are meant to be very thin embrace it and make it work for you! Don't eat junk just to gain weight. Go to a gym and start building muscle!!! You have the advantage that muscle definition will show VERY well on you. Work with it!

Some people just have a high metabolism and as such have a hard time gaining weight, especially when they are younger. I know it's difficult but you probably need to be comfortable with your body regardless of what people say. If you are young, your metabolism will slow as you get older and you'll eventually gain weight. Don't force the issue now as it's not healthy to make yourself gain weight just for the sake of gaining weight.

Instead I'd ask, are you eating healthy foods and frequently enough? Make sure you have a well balanced diet and don't eat too much junk food. Do you exercise? Weight training will definitely add weight with muscle mass. Do you smoke? If so stop, its bad for you and will make you skinnier. If you are generally a healthy person, be proud of yourself and don't listen to those telling you your body is not normal. They'll be jealous of you when you're older, trust me.

go to the health food store and buy some protein powder. Mix it with milk and drink it everyday. Buy the chocolate kind because it has the most calories. Don't forget to eat your sweets things like cake, cup cakes things that has high calories. You don't have to eat a lot because I always hear eating too much you'll only burn more calories. Oh and eat things like pizza, potatoes, mac and cheese. I was 110 and wanted to gain weight so I started doing those things and now I'm 129. Put on muscle not fat because it weights more so work out then drink your protein shakes.

1 day will come and you will say where did all this come from>
I was thin all my life 6' 130 in high school>I ate everything anytime>Couldn't gain a once>Then 30 went to 145>40 155>50 165>know 180> still eat all the time anything>No diet ever>So keep eating healthy>Enjoy yourself look at your friends that can't eat at all or they gain 10 lb>>If your sickly see a Doctor or join a gym and work out>>Have seconds when other can't have firsts>Closer to the bone sweeter the meat>Have fun>>

Sure..try keeping a written record of what you eat on a daily basis for about a week (7 days) along with calorie content. That will show you how many calories you are eating everyday. Then, add 500 calories a day to that. Say, 2 additional smaller meals of 250 calories each on top of what you're eating normally. You should be gaining almost a pound a week depending on how active you are....

The best way is to go see your doctor and ask him to put you into contact with a dietician. Also try not to do too much aerobic activity as this will burn up calories. Try to eat healthily and add lots carbs to your diet. Eat often also. You can also try protien shakes from pharmacy. If your weight is dangerously low your doctor can also prescribe a high calorie solution to help you put on the pounds!!!!! Also have your doctor take bloods to check their isnt something wrong with you!!! Stress and anxiety can also cause your metabalism to speed up. My sister has the same problem she is tiny!!!!

I am in the same spot if you are under alot of stress it can stop you from gaining weight I have to eat twice as much as I normaly do just to keep up with my stress I am sorry for the rude comments people make cause I get them to just relax when you eat eat smaller meals more often.

used to be really skinny as well.
my friends and family used to
tell me I need to get help thinking
I was anorexic. I got so tired of it
I bought mioplex weight gainer
and ate 5 meals a day I finally
gained weight and I've kept it
on ten years 128 lbs Height 5.4
up from 98 lbs ten years ago.

Hi,
I had that problem until I hit 25. Enjoy being skinny while you can. the best way to gain weight is to exercise moderately and eat as muc as you want. if you are skiny it is because you have a good metabolism and you are lucky!! Telll the people that call you a skeleton to stop staring at you. They are jealous and you shouldn't change for them.
