I need to talk to her but also need to reduce her ego?

Just be the better person...you're too worried about proving your point. Just apologize. she'll see how good you are and will want to imitate that herself. If you dont like her attitude, then maybe you shouldn't be with her.

if you really really want her then apoligize and tell her how great she is etc .. etc .. then after days or weeks go by mysteriously pull that red carpet of compliments out from under her feet - and do not talk to her - be busy - with anything to keep you and your mind away from her - even another girl for company or friend or whatever - do not break - if she does not call you then she is not worth it and only wants absolute power over you - if she calls you up then be busy with this 'friend ' and that ' friend ' go to a gym - work out - get your mind off her - make her come after you to reduce her ego - she must feed yours and give power and attention to you too - not just you to her - she needs an opportunity to ' miss you ' like you miss her right now - you must follow an indirect path like this

She's probably upset over your poor spelling and grammatical skills, not to mention your apparent need to control her. Consider yourself dumped and move on (or, at least, take a remedial English class).
