Eat chicken or fish burgers instead of processed ground-beef. Tell them to take the "special sauces" off the buns. There are sooo many calories in those yucky sauces. Eat a salad and not oily fried french fries. Drink water instead of soda or milk shakes. The best thing though is not to go to McDonald's.....

They have a lot of options that are less fattening and less calories than they used to. For example, salads and chicken sandwiches, just go without the mayo and dressings or choose fat free dressing. The have the fruit and walnut item and the fruit and yogurt parfaits.
