Pumpkin Pie is really good, not as good as Sweet Potato Pie, even though the tastes are very similar.
Here's a easy Pumpkin Pie Recipe:

1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine ingredients in large bowl, pour into shell, bake 15 minutes, reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking 35-40 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Top a slice with Whipped Cream and it's even better.

It is all a matter of taste. We love pumpkin pie at my house! I like to cook and use recipes from all over the place, but my family's favorite pumpkin pie is still from the recipe on the back of the Libby's solid pack pumpkin can.

Pumpkin pie is my FAVORITE! It is soo good. It doesn't taste what raw pumpkin smells like, it's much much nicer.

Here's a recipe from the Food Network, but for more and others, just Google "pumpkin pie recipe".

Try it, you'll love it. With lots of whipcream on top!!!

Pumpkin pie is AMAZING. It's got the right amount of everything, and it doesn't smell like regular pumpkins. It's consistency makes all the difference. You can't have it too hard, it has to be soft and melt in your mouth. It smells delicious....my mouth is watering already. I can't wait until this Thanksgiving to eat up all that pie. It's best with whipped cream.

Pumpkin is my favorite pie!

Libby's Easy Pumpkin Pie:
INGREDIENTS
1 (9 inch) unbaked (4-cup volume) deep-dish pie shell
2 large eggs
852 g LIBBY'S® Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix
160 ml NESTLE® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk

DIRECTIONS
PREHEAT oven to 425 degrees F.
BEAT eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin pie mix and evaporated milk. Pour into pie shell.
BAKE for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate. (Do not freeze as this may cause filling to separate from crust.)

NOTE: If using metal or foil pan(s), bake on preheated heavy-duty baking sheet(s).

you recognize i'm prepared on Key Lime pie....Apple pie will be good, too....i imagine i'd be slightly a lot less prepared on the Pumpkin pie concept....i imagine I really have in easy words ever tried it some cases, in spite of the indisputable fact that. i imagine Key Lime pie will be my universal of those....then Apple, then Pumpkin. yet i wager Pumpkin pie is more advantageous classic for Thanksgiving....i wager we are nonetheless stuck! lol

Pumpkin pie is absolutely delicious, if its done right and served with whipped cream...It does NOT taste like pumpkin, added spices add to it a very pleasant taste, you have to experience to appreciate. It is as lovely as it looks
there are piles of recipes on the net. Please note spices are what make is what it is, do NOT substitute those. good luck!

Pumpkin pie is SOOO good. IMHO its best served cold w/ whipped cream, and must be firm. I don't like really mushy (wet) pumpkin pie.
