so i have 10 temp veneers on and they're really starting to scare me. they are soo yellow and bulky and look rough. some please calm me down my permanents will not look like these right!?

Hi. Yes temporary veneers or even crowns always look and feel different then the real thing. First of all the real ones are being sent to a lab to have them made to fit your exact teeth. the ones the dentist makes while you are there are only plastic and they arent' able to make them the right shade for your teeth. Don't worry, when you go back to have your permanent ones put in..if you are not completely satisified tell your dentist and they will have them re-made for you.

The real veneers should look great. They are custom made in the lab. Temps never look that good and that may be on purpose. If your temps looked great you may never return to get the permanents and the dentist will have lost a lot of money in lab fees. Unless you paid everything upfront.

Don't worry the porcelain permanent veneers will be smooth and beautiful. People may even ask, "Wow, you have gorgeous teeth, what happened?"
