all these lil kids are so depressed all the time and they dont have anyone to talk to obviously cuz they keep posting their sadness all over YA!!!I dont remember it being this way when I was a kid,I mean we had bad days but damn!
I have a seven year old and he is happy as ever--he hates chicken.(that was meant for comedic relief)

of course I'm sure there have always been sad kids (and obviously I know we didnt have the internet then) It just seems these days that it's at epidemic proportions with kids...I wonder if it is the chicken?
also MY kid is happy because I'm a great mom and I make sure that he is.

There have always been depressed children, but now more and more are vocalizing it. I was depressed as I child but I never told anyone because I didn't have access to the internet. People feel anonymous and safe on the internet.

i was exteremly depressed as a kid and had no outlet whatsoever

we didn't have the internet so we really don't know how everyone was feeling back then and if your kid is happy then things haven't really changed much.....
