My partner does plastering too, but I wouldn't mind a woman doing that job. Infact, if I was needing someone to do it, I would prefer a woman to. Sometimes you feel that men either take the rip out of the price, or chat to you as if you're a slab of meat. I don't think you'd get that from a woman doing the same job.

I would' nt mind a woman plasterer doing work for me and would imagine some older women living alone may feel less intimidated and more relaxed . my husband is a plasterer and i have just asked him what he thinks and he says the only problem he can think of is boobs would get in the way when skimming!!! (not much help eh? lol)

Being a plasterer all my life i think it would be a great idea to have a lady plasterer on my books ,she will have to be good though

as a builder ..i would love to find a lady plasterer..but she would have to be as good as o man to get me to employ her ....and honest its the most strenuous job in the building trade today

I have a woman working for me who is on my drywall crew. She's the one I go to on smooth walls because she is more attentive to the details than my guys.
