If you have your sound card at maximum volume, that's about the best you can hope for with that particular set of speakers. It would be possible, in theory anyway, to put a audio compressor plug-in right before the audio device driver. That could raise the average volume, at the expense of dynamic range. I don't know of any software that does this, however.

Your best bet is to get an amplifier/speaker system with more power. I don't use computer speakers on my PC, I use a traditional audio amplifier (actually, the PC, the TV, and several other device run through a Samson line mixer, then to a studio amplifier... but same basic idea).

Use a discrete sound card rather than one integrated into the motherboard. Purchase speakers with a higher total output in watts.

Before someone beats your skull in for noise pollution, I suggest you buy a decent set of headphones, instead (blow away your own eardrums, not everyone else's!).

Get bigger amps
But don't expect to have any hearing left if you get to be a 70 year old.
