I was reading scripture this morning as I usually do and these verses jumped out at me as a perfect description of the atheists of today. 2 Timothy 4:3-4 He knew about them 2000+ years ago! Isn't that amazing?
Also in 2nd Timothy 4:6-8 I found real blessed assurance. Isn't that very uplifting scripture?

Psst --- Paul wrote Timothy. They are letters *to* Timothy. But yes, it is *amazing* that the Lord inclines to us and lets us speak forth His words prophetically. Know what's been cool to me lately? That God called King Cyrus by name in Isaiah like 150 years before he was king! Notice how in Daniel, he reads out of the prophecy in Isaiah that were addressed to Cyrus? That was written 150 years before Cyrus was king! Isn't that unbelievable? I *love* God's sovereignty and His character! :)

GOD inspires men (male,female) to Write Things!
GOD can Prophesize through AnyOne!
(dont' really have to be "Called to be a Prophet--FiveFold Misintry)
