I am Learning Sign Language in college. We have to learn a song, I want to learn Metallica's "Enter Sandman", how do I sign Metallica? Would it be the sign for metal then a "C" and an "A" or would it be finger spelling the whole name?

Awesome! Thanks for the website-however would that sign be right? That is the "I love you" sign, wouldn't it be with the thumb over the ring and middle finger?

With a "formal" name line this, you'd spell it out.

Of course, you could just throw up the "horns" hand gesture for metal music in general! And no, that's not the same as the "I love you" sign, which has the thumb extended.

I must admit, the first link somebody gave is a hilarous ASL parody.
