Gluttony, lust, anger/wrath, and greed oh and I forgot pride.

thats not bad I only suffer from 5 of the 7.

what did the devil say in the devils advocate vanity is my favorite sin.

But I agree with the first answer thanks for God dying on the cross so all are sins may be forgivin or we would all be in trouble. But good question.

I don't really think their is a such thing as deadliest sin, Sin, all sin is consider equally deadly. The media has created this so called 7 deadliest Sins, and they are really unaware what they are doing, they in turn in doing that are putting words in Gods mouth that God did not say or tell, and also in revelations it says if you do that God will take you out of the book of life.

"And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book."

My deadly sin is murder... It's because I got abused alot as
a child, and the Devil was right there to whisper in my ear,
"Someone's got to PAY." So, by the time I was in 5th grade,
I was earnestly seeking dark powers to begin killing people.
I would have ended up being shot by the police as my friend
Larry was; but I met Jesus Christ in a vision and saw Him
dying on the Cross in my place, taking my punishment on Himself. Now He is my Savior and Lord !!!

Gluttony.

I admit, I am an emotional eater. It is better now that I have been in therapy for depression, but I have yet to develop a good relationship with food.

I get angry very easily, and I have a problem with lust. lol

But due to my religion, sin is sin, none of them is bigger or better then the other.

I know I might sound like a effing bible beater, lol, but to god, lying is as bad a killing someone.....weird huh?
