Dont get married until you are both ready. Also depends on your age at the 7 yr point. If you are 30 then yes, she deserves it if you have been together for that long. Then she needs to get rid of you. But if you're 21 then you have time

I think you should sit her down and talk to her but dont just tell her straight out oh i dont want to marry you. be honest and express your self. Give her the reasons why you feel your not ready and maybe she'll understand even if she gets mad at first shell realize where your coming from and be glad your being honest towards her.You should never do something your whole heart is not into especially that. After 7 Years you should know if this is the person you would like to be with for the rest of your life. If this is not clear to you maybe you are seeking something else. She is def. ready to move on to the next step, you need to start thing on why you feel you are not ready, how long do you need to be ready???
You need to be clear to yourself and her, honesty is very important.

Maybe you should talk to her.i mean um its been 7 yrs why wouldn't you want to get married.i mean obviously u love her a lot to be with her for that long.just talk to her.ask her how she feels.i think u two should get married.
