I, as an Atheist posting atheist answers, get most thumbs down in the early hours, and get most thumbs up and best answers in the afternoon or even in the evening....

Do you see this trend too?

No, I have detected no consistency in the time of day. But maybe that's because I am often awake in the middle of the night (Missouri time), when people on the other side of the world are awake. Fact is, I suspect we have enough different diurnal cycles that no such consistency would last very long. I realize that most businesses and schools generally operate in the 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. time frame, but then a lot of people play on the computer while at work or school, if they are not busy and get bored enough.

I just come here when I can to answer questions about my faith as honestly as I can...
And maybe to ask a few questions when the mood strikes.
However, thank you for the info...so now I know that if I want answers from Christians, I should post my question early in the day, when more Christians are about and more likely to answer...
And if I have questions for atheists, I should post them later in the day, when they come out to play.
I've never actually seen any of these "trends" people keep talking about, although I've been here for well over a year...
I dunno...maybe that's because I don't often mess with questions that don't interest me in some way, and don't really pay much attention to the thumbs up, thumbs down thing, who is getting violated or why, who has more points, or who might or might not be a "top contributor"...
I'm just here to share some of what I know/believe with folks who might be interested...(if you're not interested, that's OK, too)...and maybe learn some things I don't already know from other folks.
It'd be a cool forum, if some folks could learn to be mature enough to keep their hatred to themselves...ahh, well, then again, we who claim to be so "mature" need to be more patient with the young-uns, as well.

(So, will I get thumbs up or down for this answer?
Just so folks know...I am a Christian.)

I suspect you're right. I get about the same. Though, I get plenty of thumbs down from atheists too. I'm definitely not one to conform with the majority atheist opinion simply for solidarity.

So are you saying Christians wake up early, then go to work? And atheist sleep in late and have no jobs to go to? That is not very nice of you.

At 6% Best Answers, you should not complain.

Maybe your early day answers are not so hot.

Yep. I have noticed that thumbs up/down vary depending on time of day.
