She was a pretty girl in class, much to others' admiration. She was the first girl that I really loved. She was the first to make my ears hot when we were together. I think about her day and night inevitably. I tried to maintain distance from her as i feared that once she knew that I had feelings for her, she would avoid me. During a national exam, her certain mathematical instrument malfunctioned and without hesitation, I lent her mine. I felt really comfortable with her. She did not show signs of rejection against me either. Maybe she thought of me as just a good friend? Well, we were with a few friends revising for our exams. 8pm, it was getting dark and she had to leave. I offered to send her home. "Nah", and that's all she said. She then packed her stuff and left quickly. At that point, I was devastated. Maybe I went too close? I am in the midst of my exams now and can't afford to flunk it! I really need advice to forget her. I don't think i stand a chance either. Thanks lots!

No, you won't completely forget her because she was your first love. But you can move on and deal with it, stay busy, and learn to let go so that you aren't an emotional wreck. No one is worth that. Later on, you may think of her as just another lesson in love. I wish you well.

Some people you'll never forget or it takes time to forget them. Just because she said no that one time doesn't mean that she meant no to you. That "Nah" could've been because she had another ride home or she wanted time to herself to walk home. Try once more- this time go slowly. Start by saying "hi" in the hallways at school, then start talking to her a little more. Once you guys become friends youshould start getting a little personal. Or, if you want to get out of this the easy way, just ask one of your friends to tell her for you.

Why can't you just be her friend for now? At least that's a start. Maybe something will come about it. Don't harp over, that she don't want you cuz you don't know that. At least start out as being her friend. What will it hurt. Please refrain yourself from thinking to hard into it. Also don't let her lead you on or make you think she is leading you on. Cuz she might not be.

You can't. She'll always be there. Point your heart towards someone new and the old love will hurt a lot less.

She may have just been in a hurry, don't give up yet until you get a clear rejection.
