OMG. Does that only happen when cold winds blow?
My eyes weep a lot and my nose is red in Summer; I blame sunburn. My nose is red in Winter;I blame the cold.
Thank you for cheering me up here, I will never be attractive whatever the season!!!

A thick scarf and ski goggles. Only joking, though when it is really cold, I do wrap my scarf over my nose and mouth because I get chapped lips and a cold nose. About your eyes I can only really suggest a pair of really really light sunglasses or maybe tinted glasses.
