How to create a reflection image in Elements 2.0?

I have Photoshop Elements 2.0 but cannot figure out how to create a reflection?

The basic steps would be as follows:

Increase canvas size (doubled) in the direction of the reflection.

Copy the image

Paste the image into a new layer

Flip the image in the new layer

Move the layer to line up with the original image

That's the idea, you will have to look at each step to determine if Elements 2 has the features to do that (I recall it does).

Elements 2 is way old, Consider upgrading to Elements 6 it is much better.
