is there any safe quads?

i am 16 and i need to be 18 to drive a car.
the law says that i could drive a four wheeler (quad), but my dad thinks it's not safe, is there any qauds with a roof over it or is there any safe quads? if so where can i find one?

All quads are safe when driven correctly. However there are some quads that do have a cab available, which one of them is the Yamaha Rhino.
