Suppose, for the sake of argument, that the following is true:

A Christian has secretly created a shot which when injected in a woman, causes her to abort any pregnancies she has thereafter. So she'd get pregnant for a few weeks, and then miscarry let's say. Let's suppose that this shot takes a few years before it starts working.

Let's also suppose that this Christian is in charge of a large company and is granted a vaccination contract with Saudi Arabia. The Christian decides to give the Saudis the shot instead of the vaccine. The Christian knows Saudi Arabia is 99% Muslim, which means 99% of the children will ultimately end up in hell since they won't believe in Jesus. But, if all the women are given the shot, their children will die in the womb. So that means the children won't end up in hell.

The Christian realizes he is murdering children, but he is prepared to sacrifice his own soul to save MILLIONS of others. Is this for the greater good?

Uh buddy... if the children grow up in Saudi Arabia they won't believe in Jesus - so Christianity says they end up in hell. If the shot causes them to die in the womb, then according to most Christians, the unborn DO NOT get sent to hell. Which means the Christian has saved millions of souls from hell.

"Genocide is never for the "greater good." "

But in this case, it is. 99.999% of those children would have ended up in hell. Killing them in the womb saves them from hell.

Mrs.10/18/08, this plan would kill children before they had any chance to reject Jesus. To Christians, that should be a GOOD THING. Comparing that to gassing of Jews is nonsense - those Jews were non-believing adults - they're in hell. The plan I outlined would SAVE kids from hell!

"So are you saying that the Nazi's did the RIGHT THING by exterminating the Jews?!"

No, I am saying that has nothing to do with the current discussion. Killing the unborn before they had a chance to become Muslims (which 99.99999% of them would have) saves them from hell. The Nazis weren't trying to save anyone from hell. Therefore, it has nothing to do with what I am talking about.

"wouldn't it be more christian to convert the parents than to kill the children?"

Are you ignorant of the world? Missionary Work in Saudi Arabia is not allowed: "Saudi Arabia forbids missionary work by any religion other than Wahabi/Salafi Islam" Therefore my plan is the ONLY way to save millions of would-be Muslims.

You are really scaring me with these questions...

It freaks me out that you think killing millions of people because they will "never be christian" is a good thing!!! That is the sort of thing that the Nazi's did! They killed millions of Jews because they weren't Christian! Why would it be okay to kill MILLIONS OF CHILDREN when it wasn't (and never will be) okay to kill MILLIONS OF JEWS?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Any person who thinks they are doing the "greater good" by playing god is mentally sick.

Edit: Thanks for the thumbs down, btw.

So are you saying that the Nazi's did the RIGHT THING by exterminating the Jews?!

Basically you are saying that any child who is not born to christian parents should be killed? Am I understanding this? If you want to save people, then why wouldn't you focus your efforts on converting the PARENTS rather than killing the children?!

Edit again: Notwithstanding the Nazi thing, answer my previous question: wouldn't it be more christian to convert the parents than to kill the children?

Why does there HAVE to be a divine plan?? Why can't we use our brains, do our best and accept some things aren't going to go our way and this is part of life?
