Hi hon...
having a man in your life does not necessarily make you a complete person... you happiness needs to come from the INSIDE first.... someone else can not make us happy.
you could find things to keep your body and mind occupied in your spare time -- join a gym, take a class (karate is very good for the mind and spirit). take up a hobby -- painting, scrapbooking, some sort of craft?
you can ask a girlfriend to lunch on weekends, or spend time with family. something as simple as helping an elderly person with yard work, or getting groceries for them on the weekend can be fulfilling. it depends on what you can do.
walking is a good way to clear the mind and gives us space to think. it's really very good for a person, also. exercise causes the brain to release "happy hormones" called endorphins, which gives us a good lift. A walking or exercise program can really improve your mood.
there are many things you can do to fill in your time, and to help YOU feel complete....
take care.

Fill your time by taking general interest courses at a community centre...gets you out of the house and you can meet a lot of new people who share the same interests. Also, do some volunteer work. If you stay at home all the time you will get into a rut!

Get out and start a new hobby, go to singles nights at local community centers, get involved with the community. If you waste your time being miserable nothing is going to change. Maybe even consider counseling, that would be much better than throwing a pity party for one.

I'm sorry to hear that. If u like reading, maybe u can get a book called "Purpose Driven Life". Spend ur time to read that book. U might feel better, and u might be able to decide what to do with urself and ur situation right now. Good luck and take care.

I would say call me, but I really hate being with stubborn women that like to fight and argue all the time. Good Luck, someone will notice your single. Besides you Just broke up, did you expect someone waiting at your door?

Hello,
Would you please contact me? I have some questions for you.
First things first though. Did you break it off or did he? There may be some time needed to gather your feelings and see where you would want to go. What are you looking for in a man?
Tell me more about yourself and where your from. I would love to hear from you.
Todd
