I´ve had repeated dream about one person and lately in every dream he´s standing in front of me (our faces looking same direction), so I´m standing behind he´s back - not directly, but kind of behind his right shoulder. He´s on the left always and I´m looking he´s shoulder. But even if he doesn´t stand, he usually comes or just is on the left side.
I´ve seen the same thing several times in last month and wonder, what could it mean?

the left position stands for intuition and feminine identity, where as the right position stands for reason and masculine identity. it could be that this person who stands before your left side looking in the same direction as you has some sort of hunch or is a person whos advice you should listen to. possibly, since you are to the right of him, it is your place to offer a rational point of view to his thoughts. you being behind him tends to say that you are in a supportive role to him, and that maybe the final decision is not ultimately up to you. you might try having a conversation with this person in waking life (without giving away this new information of course) and see if any of this falls into place. good luck!

You are not giving an account of facts, I mean, the facts about your dream. You cannot have the same dream for several nights. That is absurd and highly unlikely. Even during one night, you cannot have one dream i.e., a dream concerning only one episode. There may be connectivity, but the episodes would be appear different in your wakeful knowledge and you would always wonder how they were all connected.
The case being so, you cannot have the same dream on every successive night.
It is possible that you dreamt it just once, but in your wakeful state you felt that you dreamt it several times, because it left a lasting impression on you. It made you think about it seriously for a longer time than usual.
In such a case, it is possible that you are toying with the idea of associating (whether emotionally, sexually or in your routine work) with a person, but you do not want to get entangled in it totally and try to keep your options open. In essence, it means that if there be a better opportunity, you do not mind leaving him alone, if you run into a better opportunity or even a serendipity, which you are fondly in search of.

The left is considered to be the less dominant side. In a royal court the least important stand on the left, hence the term left tennant, which is today called lieutenant. On the other hand, someone that is slightly ahead of you is somewhat more important. You are also on this person's right side and somewhat of a backup. This person is someone important to you that you hope thinks of you as important

I believe that this person in front of you is a representation of yourself. You are looking at yourself trying to make sense of it all. The fact that this person is on your left may be irrelavent. Dreams are processed by the right side of the brain. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.
