Yellow Mountain is definitely one of the top famous mountains in Anhui Province, China! To give you an idea how important it is: Wu yue is the collective name given to five most important mountains in China, namely Mt. Tai in Shandong Province, Mt. Hua in Shaanxi Province, Mt. Heng in Shanxi Province, Mt. Song in Henan Province and Mt. Heng in Hunan Province. In China there is a saying: "You don't want to visit any other mountains after seeing wu yue ( the five famous mountain listed above), but you don't need to see even wu yue after returning from the Yellow Mountain." This saying may give you some idea of the beauty and uniqueness of Yellow Mountain. Yellow Mountain is known for its "four wonders" imposing peaks, spectacular rocks, odd-shaped pines, and a sea of clouds!

Yellow Mountain is more towards the eastern end of the Yangtze River, however you can get there from a shore excursion from the Yangtze River Cruise (which is normally a day trip), or get there by flight and spend a couple days to enjoy.

Sanya is situated on the southernmost tip of Hainan Province, which is a tropical beach town where you can enjoy the beautiful beach as well as colorful minority people who are the real locals there!

Whether it's worth seeing, it depends on your interest and time.

Yes, and Yes...

But if you ask me, everything is worth visiting. You can find beauty in ugliness...

And don't forget the most important thing when you travel, people are more important than places....
