Thinking of this prayer?

Question

Im thinking of this prayer that i learnt in school, i want to start praying to god with it.

I can only remember a few words from it like
'who art in heaven, thy kingdom come'

i dont know the whole prayer please if you know it tell me it all plz thanks =]]

Our father, who art in Heaven
Hallowed be thy name
Thy Kingdom Come
Thy Will be Done
On Earth as it is in Heaven
Give us this Day our Daily Bread
and Forgive Us Our Trespasses

Lead us Not into Temptation
But Deliver Us From Evil
