I am currently trying to lose weight. I have modified my diet, and I use The Firm workout videos 4-5 times per week for cardio and strength training. Do you think I will get a boost if I also add two 15min. workouts on my elliptical per day. One in the morning and one in the afternoon/evening? Would this be beneficial-or not make much of an impact b/c its only 15 min. at a time? Thanks for you input!

Well depending on your weight and fitness level 15 minutes on the elliptical can burn 100 - 200 calories, so yeah, it would make a difference! I say go for it!

increasing the daily level of exercise is nothing but beneficial for long term health. in regards to fat loss you must make sure that your caloric intake is sufficient to supply enough calories for your BMR and daily level of activity. sometimes you actually have to increase the caloric intake to lose body fat if the daily level of exercise is high.

each time you exercise insulin sensitivity is increased in the muscle cell. so adding additional sessions of exercise to your daily routine is a very good thing as it's helping your body to better metabolize glucose and fatty acids.

It should make a big difference. I would recommend early in the morning before you have eaten.
