That's a lot of weight! Drink lots of liquids to keep yourself full, even while eating. If you can drink a glass between every bite of food, do it. Make sure you still have a balanced diet, though. Perform a lot of cardiovascular exercises, too! With this, all you need is loads of discipline!

not only is it impossible but if it was you would suffer from sagging skin causing another very expensive problem to fix. slow, steady healthy fat loss is the only way to lose weight in a healthy manner and will provide you with the best chances of keeping the weight off.
