It is common courtesy to inform someone if you are sending them anything to their work or home address. Then they know they are expecting a parcel or letter etc, and would tell you if they have received it or not.

Sometimes people do forget to pass on messages etc, so long as you know they weren't deliberately keeping secrets or information from you.

I think it was inconsiderate to not give you a heads up that it would be there. There is a possiblity that it could have been sent back because you thought it was sent to wrong address.. a chance she took by not giving the heads up.

I don't think it was a matter of being rude as much as it could have cause a heap of problems.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but, I see nothing rude about having a parcel delivered to a place you knew it would get there and let you know about it.

Whats rude about it. She asked for permission from your father whom said it was okay.

Its not clicking.

Are you upset because she didnt included you on her personal mail being mailed out to your father job of which was okay by him...

Huh? No, why do you think it's rude? Why didn't she send it to your home address? You didn't give enough details here.
