THOU wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on THEE, because he trusteth in THEE. Isa.26:3

"If your mind is stayed on the Lord or when you trust in the Lord, the Lord will keep you in Shallom, Shallom, that is, in perfect peace, and in perfect health also. If your mind is always on your problems and not on the Lord, then you will be worrying all the time. However, when your spiritual eyes are upon the Lord, you will always enjoy tranquility or perfect peace."

Peace comes when you are doing the right thing in your heart. This can come when you are delivering food to the elderly or or slaying your opponents. Helping the blind to see or flying a plane into the WTC.
