Oatcakes, slow release energy and not too fatening - have ham or turkey on top. Maybe tomorrow though as probs too late now

try a subway sandwich 6inch or footlong wahoo! done on your choice of bread with your choice of yummy fillings toasted or untoasted i'm drooling just thinking about em and you can try all the different ones til you pic your fave, they all scrummy and there all healthy calories wise but dont taste like you've eaten nowt - enjoy if you take up this option!

The same as me, I had goats cheese salad, then a haddock & leek tart, then baked vanilla cheesecake, then an espresso.
